Week 3 – Forming Lasting Relationships
How strong are your relationships with your clients? What could you do to increase their brand loyalty? Print media is a great way to reinforce the message that your clients are important to you. Try one of these tactics:
Send a personalized letter on high-quality company letterhead. Did you know that company letterhead is still regarded as one of the most professional forms of communication? Send a special message straight from your desk to a client and personally sign your letter. Your customer will really appreciate it!
Special discounts can be designed as invitations. Did you have a highly profitable client this year? Reward them with a discount off their next purchase, but design the coupon to look like a special event invitation. Embossed lettering, watermarks and heavy paper stock makes your message sincere and classy.
Package your correspondence with extra business cards. If you are sending a letter or package through the mail, be sure to add more business cards to your envelope or box. Chances are, your business cards will be passed along to the family and friends of the recipient and will result in repeat business for you!
